Kitesurfing, what’s the catch? To describe something as fantastic as kitesurfing is actually pretty hard. It’s a special feeling taking place in your body as you kitesurf, quite like being in love. Work and stress are literally being blown away as you come to the beach, rigging your kite, getting ready to become one with two of the Earth’s elements – wind and water. I am Gustav, an ordinary guy who likes to kitesurf.<\/p>\n

2009 was the year when I took a kitesurfing course in Gothenburg and like many others I got immediately hooked to this wonderful sport! It did not take many days before I bought my own kite equipment and since then I have literally been kitesurfing in all weather!<\/p>\n

In 2011, I educated myself to become a kitesurfing instructor and now I take care of future kite addicts as often as I can. As an instructor, I am calm and pedagogical. For me it is important that you as a student not only should have a great day on the beach (and in the water) but also that you leave me with the confidence to be able to kitesurf independently without having me constantly watching your back.<\/p>\n

At Gusty we do not instruct more than two people at once per instructor. We do this since it’s safer and since we don’t think it’s fair for you to just stand watching half of the time during the course.<\/p>\n

See you in the water! \/ Gustav[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]\"MatsF\u00f6r Mats b\u00f6rjade det Sommaren 2017 d\u00e5 han bokade jag upp sig p\u00e5 en kurs i kitesurfing hos Gusty. Utan tidigare erfarenheter av vattensporter tyckte Mats att kitesurfing verkade vara en kul grej och ett roligt s\u00e4tt att tr\u00e4ffa nya m\u00e4nniskor. Det visade sig vara en riktig fulltr\u00e4ff! S\u00e5 fort Mats f\u00e5tt p\u00e5 sig v\u00e5tdr\u00e4kten och gick ut i vattnet, med alla kitesurfare susandes omkring honom, k\u00e4nde han sig hemma. Friska vindar och 18\u00b0 i luften framstod inte l\u00e4ngre som kasst juliv\u00e4der, utan ist\u00e4llet dagar d\u00e5 han kunde fr\u00e4sa fram \u00f6ver v\u00e5gorna, flyga genom luften och g\u00f6ra coola hopp och tricks!<\/p>\n

F\u00f6r att kunna syssla \u00e4nnu mer med sporten, och \u00e4ven f\u00f6ra vidare gl\u00e4djen som den f\u00f6r med sig, gick Mats v\u00e5ren 2021 IKO’s instrukt\u00f6rskurs p\u00e5 \u00d6land.
